We ship worldwide, as long as Australian postal services allow it.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

For pre-orders, shipping timelines will be provided in advance.

Once an item is launched and available, orders are packed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Please be patient during busy periods such as holidays and initial launches.

Items will be shipped via Australia Post Standard so estimated delivery times:

• Australia: 3-8 business days

• Rest of the world: 2-4 weeks depending on customers and local delivery networks.

We are a small business so every sale makes a big impact.

If you changed your mind or made an error in your order, we can arrange a refund after you return the product back to us in it’s original condition - that is, unused and in it’s original packaging without damage. We cannot accept returns that are not resalable.

Returns will be at your expense. We will only refund the original amount paid. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
